I happened across Rick Arnau while searching the MLS for a house. I was NOT looking for a Real Estate Agent at the time, had had too many bad experiences and decided I was better off on my own. I met with Rick so that he could show me the house. Within the first hour I was so impressed with not only his knowledge of real estate but his kind pleasant manner. Rick definitely went over and above all that I had ever come to expect from a Real Estate Agent. The property that I put an offer on was listed below market value. Rick took it upon himself to go to city hall and spend an entire day researching the property. He called the prior owners to find out all he could about he property. Rick even called the company that had done a Geotechnical report way back in the nineties, and spoke to them regarding it. All of this was done on his own, he was never asked by myself to try to get this information I have bought and sold several properties in my lifetime, but never and I do mean NEVER has an agent done so much. I cannot recommend Rick Arnau enough. He is truly the best Agent I have ever come across.
